Nick Ogle is a young twenty-something year old African American stand up comedian, recent law school graduate, and current writer & actor on Complex’s upcoming sketch comedy show GROUP THERAPY. His comedic style blends charm, biting commentary, and a touch of innocence. Since moving from North Carolina, he began performing stand up in the Chicago comedy scene and feels blessed that his soul remained intact through law school.
Recently, Nick performed at the first ever Chicago Complex Con. He was chosen to perform on the Kenan Thompson Road to NYC Showcase and has performed on The Laugh Factory’s JFL Showcase in 2018 and 2019. Nick currently co-produces the popular Young Hustle Show at The Laugh Factory with a collective of insanely dedicated comedians. He has also produced shows at The Annoyance Theatre, and appears regularly at venues all over the city including Zanies Comedy Club, The Second City, iO Theatre, The Revival, The Comedy Bar, and more bars than he can count. Nick has opened for comedians such as Hannibal Buress, Felonious Munk (Comedy Central’s ”The Nightly Show with Larry Willmore”), and Larry Reeb (HBO, SHOWTIME).
