Wills Maxwell, Jr. started doing stand-up comedy when he was in 4th grade. His teacher didn’t appreciate him interrupting the class and his parents didn’t appreciate him getting in trouble. Due to the lack of appreciation, Wills retired from the business and started doing stand-up comedy again after he left high school. He is the host of Wilmington’s Late Night Talk Show “Late Fear with Wills Maxwell” He can also be seen every Thursday morning on WWAY with his comedy segment “What Did We Miss?”
Tyler Wood is a 6’4, 23 year old bumbling buffoon of a young man. Since 2013, he has been performing his crisply written stand-up all around North Carolina and the southeast. He is a regular weekend performer at the Dead Crow Comedy Room in Wilmington, NC, where he has also been a part of the Cape Fear Comedy Festival. Tyler is a skilled improvisor and writer. He has worked with the likes of Matt Braunger, Nick Vatterott, Myq Kaplan, Joe Zimmerman, Ryan Singer, and Andy Kindler.
A long time comic and familiar face around the Idiot Box, Troy once again brings his unique perspective, quick wit, sharp delivery and strength as a storyteller. He debuted as a stand up comic on February 4th, 2009 and has continued looking for, and finding, new material based on real life experiences . Troy enjoys sharing his passion for comedy with all audiences, no matter the size. When he is not out shaping up his comedy routines, he is busy shaping up people in his work as a personal trainer.
Troy is a Wilmington, NC based comedian who shows audiences what a silly boy stuck in a stepdad’s body can really do! Troy’s jokes range from stories about his mother’s hoarding to his obsessions with owning hermit crabs. He produces several long running shows in Wilmington at Memory Lane Comics and Gravity Records with his Cute Boy partner, Jack Nelson.
Tomme O’Neil is a comedian and story teller originally from the suburbs of Washington, D.C. Now living in Des Moines, he co-hosts the a monthly comedy showcase “Adult Pizza Party,” and is a producer for Beast Village – the annual Des Moines comedy festival. Tommy also hosts “Moth” style storytelling competitions – “Story Mob” and “Season of Story.” He has performed at Beast Village, Floodwater, and KC Comedy Festival. As a former academic, he was drawn to the comedy and storytelling stage to fill the void of commanding a captive audience – which he personally grades after each performance.
