Coffee-addicted transgender comedian, Shaine Laine is based out of North Carolina where he was assigned female at birth. Born to an alcoholic-single mother and forced into a hyper-Christian foster family, Shaine always felt misunderstood. He was bullied in both private and public junior schools for being overly boyish, but it wasn't until after college when Shaine picked up a microphone and came out as a transgender man in front of a live auidence. Inspired by comedians Fortune Feimster and Daniel Sloss, Shaine is on a mission to help people understand his 'transcultural' journey. He was crowned "Best Comedian 2019" by Queen City Nerve Magazine and is nominated for Pensacola Pride's "Queer of the Year 2021." Follow him on social media @shaineolaine.
